Soft Touch Pendant Controls 

Neeco-Tron has developed for the Hospital Bed Nursing Home and Home-Care industries a “Soft Touch” pendant controls.  The Pendants are UL recognized to UL544 and UL2601 medical standards.  Pendants are available in a 2, 4 or 6 button configuration.  They can be customized for any color or logo that is desired.  The cable can be customized to any length and can be Straight or Coiled.  Most cables are terminated with a Molded DB9 connector but Neeco-Tron can customize the cable for most any connector required. 

 

Motor Control Box

We have redesigned our line of Motor Control Boxes to replace the Metal housing with a New Lower Profile Plastic Package.  Two features added to our Relay style control boxes are a “Power On LED” and “Remote Lockout Switch” option.  The Power on LED is an indicator that lets the user know that the Box is energized.  Ordering a Control Box with the Remote Lockout Switch option lets the user mount a “Low Voltage” Lit Rocker Switch anywhere on the Bed and connect to the control box with a Telephone cord removing the need to mount the control on the outer perimeter of the Bed. 

Control boxes may be ordered with Amp and Burndy motor connector styles; in addition we have a line of lower cost modular Boxes.  This includes Mini-Molex motor connectors.  This box makes use of an IEC power inlet.  This makes the power cord detachable and the Customer can get this item from NTI or their own source.

Digital Manufacturing Work Instructions

Every repeat product NTI manufactures has complete Manufacturing Work Instructions created specifically for that product.  This “Work Instruction” describes every step or procedure required for the assembly.  Digital “color” pictures are placed within the Work instruction to highlight any unique assembly concerns.  NTI creates these Work Instructions so that products are repeatly assembled correctly every time, no matter if your product is built once a month or once a year.
