Axial Inserter

NTI uses both a Universal Sequencer and Axial Insert Machine. The Sequencer processes up to 25,000 Parts Per Hour while the Axial Inserter processes 10,000 – 15,000 parts per hour. This system enables us to provide both flexible and efficient Auto-assembly.

Surface Mount

Our automated Pass-Thru SMT line is powered by a Quad 4/C which is capable of placing up to 3,200 Parts Per Hour. With full Laser Vision Alignment the Quad has placement accuracy to .001”. With 60 inches of feeder area on the Quad it can handle 68 individual 8mm feeders, included with this line we have 2 quick change Feeder Carts that allow very fast set-up and changeover between various jobs. A great feature of the Quad is that it allows other systems to be added in-line to increase capacity and thru-put. Plans are to have (3) Pick-and-Place systems online.

Complementing the Quad is an In-Line inspection station and 5 zone Convection Reflow Oven with onboard Profiling. Using our MPM Screen Printer and CamAlot glue machine we can accommodate Single or Double Sided Surface Mount Assemblies.

Conformal Coat/Potting

Neeco-Tron’s explosion proof room with pneumatic spray system can efficiently protect your products surface from harmful elements. Please inform Sales of your request for this process.

Test

Our Standard is to 100% test every assembly before shipment to Our Customers. Using a Customer supplied system or developing a system for your product, Neeco-Tron can ensure your product will be operating to your specifications before being shipped.

Wire Assemblies

Neeco-Tron’s production Team can assemble cables or wire harnesses to customer drawings and specifications from simple single wires with terminals to molded harness assemblies.

Inventory

All components are stored in an environmentally controlled warehouse. Customer supplied parts are segregated and tracked within NTI’s MRP system.
