● Quality Management System: A comprehensive Quality Management System is used to maintain integrity of all systems within Neeco-Tron. The Quality Management System envelops the manufacturing system, customer service, purchasing and vendor control, design and development, documentation control, test and inspection, training, and management support.

● Train and Build to IPC-A-610 Acceptability Standards: All products are manufactured to the IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies Standard unless the customer designates an alternate quality acceptance criteria.

● Qualified Team: Neeco-Tron employees are approved to perform assigned work through a training process that combines classroom, hands-on and comprehension testing. Records are maintained to track the progress and abilities of each employee.

Neeco-Tron maintains an ISO9001 Certification through Perry Johnson Registrars. Our certification covers the full spectrum of Neeco-Tron manufacturing and customer support including design and development. This is supported through our Quality Management system.

Product Lines that meet UL60601-1 and CSA 22.1 Standards. Neeco-Tron produces several varieties of medical controls that meet the US UL60601-1 and Canadian CSA 22.1 No. 601 Medical Electrical Equipment Standard.

The UL60601-1 products also meet IEC60601-1 Medical Equipment Standard and IEC60601-2-38 Particular Requirements for the Safety of Electrically Operated Hospital, Nursing Home and Homecare Beds.
