HISTORY
OF NTI
Neeco-Tron,
Inc. (NTI) was incorporated
as a Subchapter "S" Corporation in August of 1993.
The Company began operating in September of 1993 with a small
staff that included President, Nick Nibert; Secretary-Treasurer, Patti
Nibert; and Technical Manager Clyde Hamilton.
NTI has since added various factory technicians, Plant Supervisor,
Shipping/Receiving Department, Test/Inspection, Quality Assurance
Manager, Production Engineer, CAD Technician, Purchasing Agent,
Inventory Control Manager, Human Resources Manager, Inside Sales
Coordinator, CPA and four Electronic Design Consultants.
NTI
Designs, Manufacturers and markets integrated circuit boards ranging
from assembled printed circuit boards to completed product assemblies.
Initial orders were marketed primary to the medical industry and
other related health care markets.
In
addition to increasing its staff, the company has expanded its customer base
into various markets including medical, marine, HVAC, agriculture,
small appliance, fitness, food service, power supplies and industrial
controls. NTI continued to increased
its office and manufacturing space which
led to the relocation from the Synergy Center, to our New 20,000 sq foot
Corporate and Manufacturing Facility located in St. Peters, MO. in 1998.
NTI
is strategically moving forward to exciting sales growth and company
expansion. Our attention to
detail with a focus on true customer satisfaction and our passion for
excellence in all our business operations should lead to continued
success. But our
“Team” (our people) will always be our richest asset in assuring our success in
the future.

Neeco-Tron,
Inc was named recipient of the "1998 Incubator Graduate of the Year Award"
in the "Manufacturing Category" by the National Business Incubation
Association (NBIA) at the 13th International Conference on
Business Incubation held in Chicago.
Neeco-Tron,
Inc started in the Economic Development Center (EDC) in St. Peters, MO
with 3 people and quickly grew to 30. Capitalizing
on its own growth, Neeco-Tron graduated from the EDC in November 1998
and moved into its new 20,000 square-foot facility in St. Charles
County.
The
NBIA Incubator Graduate of the Year Award program is sponsored by the
professional services firm Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
NTI
was selected from a host of some 900 companies in the U.S. and Canada.
